Hannah Bankos is her name. She goes to my school but I don’t know her too well. That shouldn’t matter. Please wish her good luck! She’s been fighting this for more than over a year and we need your prayers. She seems like the sweetest girl and she’s so humble. She’s the strongest person I know and she needs these prayers and support more than ever. So before you reblog that picture of a cat or nutella, think about the people who are fighting for their lives every day and just be thankful for everything you have. Unfortunately, this beautiful girl passed away this morning (2/24/12). I thought of something today: Why does it take a life to make us realize that life is so precious? Don’t let anything hold you back. Hannah Bankos is one of the strongest people I’ve ever seen and I’m so glad to part of the Whitehall community. She’s showed me more things to life than pointless drama and petty things. Enjoy your life as it is. Appreciate the things in your life: your health, family, and friends. Love who you are. We love you, Hannah Bankos! I’ll never forget what you did for this small town. Rest easy, darling. <3
